There is such thing as Hell and it is called Tech Support. As of today, I feel nothing but intense loathing towards any computer that does not have Windows XP. Especially Macs... I wish my employeer would let me get away with antagonizing a few of today's callers like these guys.

Hehe, macs aren't all that bad, you've just gotta get to know 'em first...Customers, however, do need to be ripped into from time to time...gotta keep 'em on their toes!

Ironically, that was the commic I used as an ice breaker my first day on the job here!

It's a great comic.

Actually, I can get around a Mac pretty well, but I still think they're hobby computers for the elite.

Well, I'd contest that if your workplace was setup to cater to Macs and if 95% of your customers were Mac users instead of Win users, that your job would be 10 times easier...the blessing and curse of the Mac is with its simplistic design...one that is actually better for the common computer user, but sucks for the techy or power user

Truthfully, if the prices and software availability were the same between the two, I personally think that we'd see a huge uprising in Mac sales.

The blessing of a Mac (looks aside), is security. Currently, there is no need for protection software. I can't see how the Mac design is a curse.

Until Google comes out with an OS, I'll take a flawed Windows system anyday. At least with Windows I have the freedom that just doesn't come with a Mac.

Keep in mind, I'm not anti-Apple. I'd like an Ipod as much as the next person... well, at least I did until this arrived and if I'm correct, it's available only at The Walmart.
