No salt needed, thank you.

The food processor, a gift for Christmas
Non-fat, plain yogurt
Cucumbers, peeled and sliced
Half a tiny, sunkist lemon
Blend.

Whole wheat, holed, flatbread
Seasoned chicken thighs
Sliced tomatoes.
Red onions, curled.
Tzatziki.

Gyro time.

2 Chicken Breasts
1 can of Whole Leaf Spinach
Feta Cheese

Heat Oven to 400
Place chicken breasts in a baking pan, sprinkle feta cheese all over the and then lay the spinach on top.

Bake for about 30mins

Meanwhile, mix butter and lemon juice and heat in the microwave until butter melts.

When chicken is done, pour the lemon butter on top an serve.
(Tastes good with tzatziki sauce as well)
